The sitting room has two large leather sofas, wall unit and hand-carved wooden coffee table. This lounge area has a large 37' flatscreen TV and DVD player. Wi-fi is available. Large french doors lead from the lounge into the garden area.
Downstairs there is a cloakroom with a fresh, clean stylish look and WC.
The kitchen is immaculate and contemporary with all the expected utilities. Fitted cream units with built-in gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area in the kitchen easily seats six and is perfect for enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine, while your loved one prepares your favourite dish.

The master bedroom has a luxurious quality sleigh-type king-sized bed, with warm hued fitted carpets, a walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables with twin reading lamps. Perfect for those romantic evenings. There is an en-suite shower room, WC and pedestal hand basin.
Bedroom two has delightful countryside views. It has twin beds or converts to a double and is decorated in soft creams and autumn browns.
Bedroom three contains solid pine bunks, also with countryside views.
There is a clean, very spacious bathroom with contemporary look and chrome fittings. Comprising of WC, hand basin and bath with glass panel and shower-over, shaver point and mirror.
Outdoors: Lap up the sun in this private south-facing garden area with patio and table and chairs seating up to 8 for alfresco dining, continental breakfasts & sundowners. There is a feature decked seating area , perfect for those romantic cuddles, while you enjoy the heat and smells from the quality BBQ.
