8 Sandy Way - is within a very short walk of the golden sands of Croyde Beach and a few miles from the well known surf beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton, rated amongst the top 10 beach destinations in the UK. There is surfing, tennis, horse riding, fishing, walking and golf nearby.

Sandy Way is a beautiful, self-contained and private 1-bedroom apartment, commanding a unique position with easy access via a level walk to the beach and pub.

Croyde offers trendy restaurants, as well as surf hire shops, beach shops and outside cafes.  A bus stop near the property provides direct access to Croyde, Braunton and Barnstaple.

The property is contemporary, child friendly and stylish with particular attention to detail.

The accommodation is modern and open plan, offering a spacious conservatory lounge area with large sofa. There is a 32” LCD with SKY Free view and X-box plus DVD/CD player.

The kitchen has a Kenwood double oven, gas hob with wok centre console, extractor hood, washing machine, 3 drawer freezer and separate fridge under counter. The dining area has a table and two chairs.

The bedroom is spacious with double bed, bedside tables, and walk in wardrobe.  There is enough floor space for a cot in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a corner bath with shower over and glass screen. There is a WC, pedestal basin, heated towel rail and halogen lights.

The garden is enclosed and laid to the front and rear of the property with decking, lawn plus storage shed for surfboards, beach and sports gear.
