Millers Brook- Fantastic location, a mere 250 yards walk along the pavement to the beach path and a stroll to the village centre. Ultra luxurious 5 bedroom detached private house, perfect for two/three family occupation.

Enter through the front door into a small lobby for coats into a larger entrance hall leading to spacious lounge with, dedicated conservatory dining room.

The lounge is contemporary with leather suite, large 42" TV, Video, DVD, and French doors to conservatory opening onto a very large level garden with endless country views and a brook running through it plus decked area at far end of garden.
Light pours into the modern conservatory dining room. Dine and relax in style.

The kitchen serves the lounge and dining room, plus sliding door to garden. There are many wow factors in the form of an American double fridge and freezer. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you may require for indoor and outdoor entertainment. There is a separate shower room with WC and basin off the kitchen utility room.

Enjoy an el fresco meal on the patio with garden views. Step into the separate laundry with washing machine, tumble drier and shower cubicle, ideal for when you return from the beach.

The very large enclosed garden at the rear is a real suntrap, and there is a dedicated driveway at the front. A fenced-off stream runs alongside the garden and a raised decked area to the rear of the garden for quieter moments.
