The accommodation consists of a dining area / kitchen, lounge, two double bedrooms and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric four-ring cooker with oven-under and solid wood dining table to seat 6 people.
There is a door leading onto a triple-aspect garden, which has been paved and gravelled to include a garden table and chairs and is a superb sun-trap.
From the kitchen there is an archway leading into the lounge, which is front-aspect. There are large, comfy sofas that you can just sink into and relax after a long hard day of surfing!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and cupboards over and the second bedroom also has twin beds (that can convert to a double bed) with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bathroom suite consists of a bath with electric shower-over, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC.
To the front of the property is a small area of lawned garden and parking for 2 vehicles.
