Sea Breeze- is a delightful spacious beach chalet within short walking distance to the beach. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is ideal holiday.

This double-glazed chalet is surrounded by a larger than normal enclosed, lawned garden, with parking for 2 cars inside a gated driveway.
The front door leads into:
Open plan lounge/ dining area with a 3-seater couch and two armchairs, a dining table in a sunny alcove seating 6. There is a integrated HD TV/DVD (freesat) with iPod docking station, VCR, a radio and tape player. An oldie- world country charm is captured by the ornaments and drinks bureau / bookcase.
Lounge leads to:
Kitchen Bright, well-equipped, with newly fitted cream units. There is a 4 ring stove a 2 door oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, cafetiere and all the other necessities. The kitchen leads to a small utility area incorporating a tumble drier and out into a spacious private back garden, a real suntrap! Delightful, private decked area with garden furniture for barbeques and relaxed entertaining. There is a shed in the garden which is suitable for storing surfboards and other sporting equipment.

A central lobby leads to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.
Master bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed, side table with reading lights, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. South-west facing large window with country views. Decorated to reflect a warm romantic atmosphere.
Bedroom 2 is spacious and has twin beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror-dresser and bedside cabinet. Decorated with warm ocean-side colour tones.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and chest of drawers. There is also a large built in wardrobe. This room is decorated in blues and has a beach theme.
Bathroom bath with electric Mira shower over, a pedestal hand basin, an airing and vanity cupboard. There is also a seperate toilet.
This bungalow will make an ideal base for any holiday maker. It is on the level and equidistant to the beach and the heart of the village with its famous pubs.
