Pathfields- is ideally located within a short stroll to the golden, sandy beach and the heart of the picturesque village of Croyde. There is a double oven Belling stove with 4-ring halogen hob, microwave, 4-slice toaster, stainless steel kettle and cafetiere and dishwasher.

Utility Room / wetsuit drying room with washing machine, sink, drying rack & hooks. Wetroom style tiled floor - ideal for your return from the beach. A stable door leads to the side of the property.

Bedroom 4 leads off the kitchen and has an oak double bed, twin bedside cabinets & reading lamps, built in wardrobe and newly installed contemporary en-suite shower, basin and WC with chrome towel rail and underfloor heating. The room has a tranquil air with the window overlooking the lush garden.

Bathroom with luxury fittings and a contemporary look, bath with Mira power shower over & glass screen, basin, WC, chrome heated towel rail and dimmable spotlights.

To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed garden, beautifully landscaped and planted; offering privacy and a delightful place to relax and unwind.
