Spacious and exquisitely decorated in autumn and citrus tones, you are within short walking distance from the famous unspoilt Croyde beach and close to walking trails, wind and kite surfing, birding and wild flowers, golf, horse riding and the perfect surf. Croyde is a naturist’s paradise with its abundance and diversity of fauna and flora, the wildlife, flowers, birds, dolphins, marine life and cream teas.

The accommodation comprises a large lounge and conservatory with kitchen and dining area, 5 bedrooms, bathroom with large bath, two separate showers, both of which are en-suite.


The entrance hall leads to a sitting room with two settees, feature brick fireplace with wood burner, colour wall-mounted flatscreen TV with DVD and Wii Console. The white wooden flooring accentuates the fact that you are near the beach and perfectly complements the cool sea air.

The lounge opens into a large conservatory and the modern dining table and chairs gives one a clear view through the French doors. The eye is led to a beautiful large private and enclosed garden with uninterrupted country views.


Large, fitted pear wood kitchen/breakfast room, with oak laminate floor, stainless steel electric cooker with gas hob, ideal for entertaining! There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Equipment for freshly ground filter coffee.

There is a utility room with fitted pear wood units, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer with door leading to pretty courtyard.
