Kernow House is a spacious holiday home with plenty of room to accommodate larger groups or multiple families. The house is beautifully presented throughout and offers some of the best views in Croyde and surrounding countryside, particularly from the large elevated 2nd floor deck area, which extends from the rear of the house.
As you enter this home away from home, you are welcomed by a cosy entrance hall, from which one accesses all the bedrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1, (the master suite), has its’ own plush en-suite with WC, basin and shower enclosure. Warm colours and beautiful fabrics will make you feel right at home. There is a music centre with CD player and radio for your convenience.
The 2nd bedroom has gorgeous views out to the garden and patio area, while the 3rd bedroom contains bunks. Perfect for the kids.
There is also a downstairs family bathroom, complete with WC, Basin and bath with shower over.
Heating is supplied via storage heaters throughout and under the stairs is a large storage area, perfect for surfboards, coats, luggage and shoes.
Upstairs is the living area, and decorated in rich chocolate hues and warm fabrics. Every effort is made to provide you with the ultimate it luxury relaxation.
The lounge and dining room area are large and light-filled and cover most of the second floor. There is ample seating with 2 large sofas. Accent seating is supplied with a private ‘nook’ in the lounge bay window.
The dining area, which flows seamlessly from the lounge and adjacent the kitchen, is a host’s delight and is complimented by spectacular views over the Devon Countryside.
From the dining area you access the large modern kitchen with all the amenities you would expect, including Washing machine, Dish Washer, 4 plate hob, built in Oven/Grill, microwave, built in Fridge and Freezer and many other features.
From the kitchen one accesses the large outdoor decking area, which being on the 2nd floor, has magnificent unbroken views over the Devon Countryside. The decking area comes complete with table, seating, deck chairs and parasol.
From the elevated decking area, you walk downstairs to the enclosed lawned garden and patio area, complete with additional seating and Chimnea.
Underneath the decking area is a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in the summer heat or starlit nights.
