This stunning property is definitely not one to miss!

From the moment you arrive, this gorgeous home will capture both your heart and your imagination. With well-manicured lawns and outstanding views of the rolling hills, Braunton Burrows and Atlantic Ocean, that is the majestic North Devon countryside. Brow Hill is situated in the exquisitely quaint village of Heanton Punchardon, just above Braunton.

Just outside the village and nearby Braunton are the Braunton Burrows, (historic site of D-Day Landing preparations) and where one can walk for hours through these majestic dunes. A little further on is the Blue Flag Beaches of Saunton (3 miles) and Croyde (5 miles) - The former, world-renowned for its surf. Following the alternate route out of the village, Blue Flag Woolacombe Beach is just over the hill. Further along the coast, you will be spoilt for choice; what with historic villages, heritage sights, golf courses, coast paths and the North Devon cliff line, your biggest difficulty will be in what to do first!

From the property, you have countless country walks to choose from, be it through the fields that Brow Hill backs onto, with unbroken views into the rural yonder, or along the spine of the hill Heanton is situated on, offering spectacular views across the expanse of the Burrows, tidal estuary, Barnstaple, Braunton, Saunton and as far afield as Westward Ho!

The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, also with views over the countryside to the rear of the home.

The 3rd bedroom, also with magnificent views, has twin beds in a warm autumn palette.

The 4th bedroom has a single bed and is perfect for when Nan or Granddad join you on your holiday. Alternatively a single adult or child will enjoy the views over the river estuary and towards Appledore, Crow Point as far as Hartland.

All bedrooms are luxuriously carpeted.

The family bathroom upstairs features a bath, WC, Basin and is finished beautifully in warm woods.
