Bedroom 1 on the ground floor, has a king-sized bed with en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, has a set of twin beds (can be converted to king-sized double) with 26" Samsung LCD television.
Bedroom 3, on ground floor, with another set of twin beds (can be converted to a king-sized double bed)
Bedroom 4 is upstairs in a large loft/attic room with beautiful countryside views. This bedroom has a king-sized double bed an en-suite shower room with handbasin and WC
Family ground floor bathroom with bath, shower-over, hand basin and WC.
The spacious, open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is newly refurbished with solid oak flooring. The lounge has ample seating with three large leather and fabric settees with 32" Samsung LCD TV, PlayStation 3 (for games or DVD's) and Sky TV package as well as an iPod docking station for your music. Enjoy the log burning stove for the cooler evenings.
The modern well-equipped oak kitchen is brand new with intergrated appliances including dishwasher, microwave, under-counter fridge, electric oven, ceramic hobs with extractor fan, toaster and even includes crockery for the kids.
The separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier, second fridge and under-counter freezer as well as iron and ironing board.
Just off the lounge and kitchen area is the welcoming dining area in the sun room. This has a dining table to seat 8 and opens up into the enclosed back garden.
Once outdoors you have the choice of the lovely front lawned garden area with seating or the enclosed rear garden with built-in Chimey-styled BBQ as well Webber kettle BBQ, lawn and 2 patio areas. Outdoor furniture is provided in the form of an ornate metal set with seating for 8.
