This period cottage has vast amounts of space, be it the double bedrooms, the large lounge, spacious conservatory or the expansive outside entertainment areas and lawns - over three tiers and rising up the countryside from behind the house.
As you enter St Clair you are met with warm colours, period wooden beams and tasteful exposed masonry. You can’t help but feel an immediate sense of being home in the country.
You enter the house and to the left is a large lounge with natural fireplace and two large 2/3 seater suites. There is a flat screen television adjoined by a large stonework fireplace. All in warm tones.
From the lounge you enter the dining room, warmed by the fireplace wall of the lounge and which easily seats 8.
The kitchen caters well for all your cooking, cleaning and entertainment needs. You can easily enjoy conversation over a glass of wine, while your loved ones sit in the dining room within conversation distance. There is also a large separate utility room.
To the right of the entrance and up the stairs are the 3 bedrooms, as well as a light and airy conservatory, with a sleeper couch.
The large master bedroom, where you can regale like a king in the oak bed. Down the passage are 2 further bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and another with bunks. All with views and all in seaside-blues. Light flows easily into all the bedrooms, which are interspersed with a full family bathroom. (There is a shower room & WC downstairs, in addition.
