This large house on a split level in a quiet cul-de-sac has vast amounts of space, be it the double bedrooms, the huge lounge and kitchen or the expansive outside entertainment areas and lawns. Parking is available for two cars.
As you enter Elderbank you are met with warm colours and an immediate sense of being home in the country. To the right is a large separate dining room with easy access into a large kitchen.
The kitchen caters well for all your cooking, cleaning and entertainment needs. It is fitted with integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric fan oven cooker and microwave. There is additional seating for up to six if you want to enjoy conversation over a glass of wine, while your loved ones prepare your favourite treat. There is also a separate scullery.
To the left of the entrance is the large master bedroom, where you can regale like a king in the 4-poster king-sized bed, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Down the passage are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with twin beds (one with desk, wadrobe and chest of drawers and the other with small built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers) and another large double with Victorian bed and rich autumn colours.
Light flows easily into all the bedrooms, which are interspersed with two family bathrooms, the first of which has a bath with shower attachment and the other being a shower room with electric shower - accessible from the twin room as an en-suite or from the hallway.
Downstairs is a massive lounge, easily seating 8 in luxury leather sofas and with a pool table to give the family hours of fun. On those colder nights there is a feature wrought iron hearth (not currently in use), waiting for you to sit back and enjoy a tipple of port, while watching your favourite movie on the large screen TV or on DVD or play games on the X-box 360 console. A small selection of games and DVD's are also available.
