The afore-mentioned lounge, situated on the ground floor, is tastefully decorated in chocolate and amber and allows one easy access to the kitchen / dining area across the passage. A large television with DVD player provides cosy entertainment.
The kitchen; well-appointed and modern, caters for dining as well and is perfect for those evenings where you want to eat in, share in good conversation and a glass of wine - all while preparing your favourite dish.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, drenched with light of both the rising and setting sun. The master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, ;arge wardrobe and wall-mounted TV, has access to a private terrace garden and which will lushly cocoon you from the world you are escaping.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with large drawer desk, bedside table and TV with DVD player.
In-between the bedrooms, is a modernized family bathroom with large bath, WC, basin and separate shower enclosure.
Situated in the heart of Braunton, (Britain’s largest village), one is spoilt for choice with direct routes to all the tourist hotspots.
Just outside the village are the Braunton Burrows, (historic site of D-Day Landing preparations), and where one can walk for hours through these majestic dunes. A little further on is the Blue Flag Beaches of Saunton and Croyde - The former, world-renowned for its surf. Following the alternate route out of the village, Blue Flag Woolacombe Beach is just over the hill. Further along the coast, you will be smothered in choices; what with historic villages, heritage sights, golf courses, coast paths and the North Devon cliff line, your biggest difficulty will be in what to do first! |
