Montana is a well-appointed chalet bungalow and has three bedrooms; yet comfortably accommodates up to 8 people; (with its 3rd bedroom having two sets of bunk beds.) It is the ideal holiday home for two families and by utilising the sofa bed in the sitting room you are given further flexibility for the accommodation of mixed groups, couples or singles.
You enter the property via the side gate and pass through the large lawned garden with views over the spectacular Devon countryside and enter the house though the back door:
Kitchen – With fitted units, electric cooker with ceramic hob, twin ovens/grill, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer (2 shelves). Morning sun and views over the garden to the hillside beyond.
Dining Room – Elegant & stylish with extending wooden table, eight chairs and oak laminate floor. West facing for afternoon and evening sun, a delightful room for planning your day over breakfast or discussing the day’s activities over the evening meal.
Sitting Room – A bright and sunny room with two large comfy sofas (one a sofa bed), Sanyo digital lcd TV, DVD & Sky Free View. There a selection of DVDs provided for your entertainment together with an assortment of games and children’s toys. Decorated in calming shades of sand and cream, the perfect place to relax & unwind.
Bedroom 1 – Overlooking the garden with contemporary décor, in rich chocolates. There are twin beds with side cabinets, reading lamps and a substantial double width chest of drawers.
Ground Floor Bathroom – Bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin & WC

Bedroom 2 – A very bright, sunny room with toile de jouy feature wallpaper, double bed with twin bedside cabinets & reading lamps, double width white-painted chest of drawers with vanity mirror and views of the village and hillside beyond.
Bedroom 3 – With character angled ceiling, this twin bunk room is spacious and is furnished with a large wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kids will have an absolute ball!
Shower Room – With shower cubicle, vanity unit & WC.
Outside, the large enclosed garden is laid mainly to lawn and has a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ – ideal for alfresco dining, children’s play and simply soaking up the sun.
