This well presented property enjoys a great location with easy access to the Croyde beach. Simply walk to the end of the road and via a stile through the sand dunes to the beach. A convenient central location for all village amenities including indoor leisure pool, tennis courts, horse riding and a magnificent surfing beach. Character thatched pubs, good restaurants and ice-cream and fudge shop just an approx ten minute stroll and championship golf course at Saunton, a short scenic drive away.
Little Coasters is a lovely holiday home, fresh, bright and comfortably furnished. The front door opens into a small lobby with doors to the bathroom and open plan living area.
Kitchen/Diner/Sitting Room Cream walls and wood effect laminate floor throughout – a lovely sunny space. Fitted wooden units in the kitchen area which is equipped with electric cooker with single oven/grill, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and CD/radio/cassette player.
Dining – Pine table with bench and 2 chairs, Lounge area with sofa divan with trundle below (this can be made up as a superking bed or as 2 singles), two easy chairs, pine coffee table and TV with DVD player. Large patio doors open onto the garden with views of Baggy Point and the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 1 Pine double bed with twin bedside tables and reading lamps, built in wardrobe, mirror with vanity shelf and chair.
Bedroom 2 Pine twin beds with bedside table, reading lamp and built in wardrobe. Single mattress stored under for additional sleeping (bedding not provided).
Bathroom Having tiled floor, bath with electric shower over, W/C, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside there is an enclosed garden with small lawn and paved area furnished with a picnic style table, chairs and barbeque. A great space for outside dining or relaxing in the sunshine. (Please note, we cannot guarantee that it is doggy proof)
